 I am a personal trainer and group fitness instructor in Kelowna, BC. Fitness and health is my life. I strive to make others healthy and fit in my community.
I have been competing since 2008 and love it! I have competed with the WNSO, WBFF and BCABBA. I just recently placed 2nd in Figure in March, and 4th in Figure in May. I will continue competing, it is such a challenge to me and I love a challenge!
